psychology, mantra, and sound meditation.
Programs include short introductory courses (such as the 3-week Mantra Mini), in-depth 8-week courses, and occasional free community classes.
Most courses include:
• Guided vocal and silent mantra practices
• Evidence-informed teaching on breath, sound, and attention
• Access to recordings
• A private online group for reflection, support and staying connected
All courses are delivered via Zoom with multiple intakes across the year.
