Gemma has a warm, joyful and easy to understand approach to teaching mantra and meditation. She is also great at tailoring sessions depending if you want a more spiritual or evidence based explanation of yoga practices.

I enjoy Gemma's genuine, refreshingly disarming approach to teaching and guiding the practice of chanting. While her approach is grounded in evidence-based research and sound theory, the online sessions are joyous, relaxing and warmly engaging in a way that invites me to practise and embody chanting in my own time.
