Workplace Wellbeing Sessions

Keynotes
Science of Sound
Blending storytelling and the latest in psychology and neuroscience research, these interactive presentations demonstrate the power of simple, evidence-informed sound practices.
Each keynote is tailored to the audience and event, leaving attendees with a deeper understanding of how sound can support wellbeing, attention, and human connection. Participants also receive a digital toolkit of resources to continue the learning and integrate the practices into their everyday lives and workplaces.

Workshops
Movement & Mantra
These experiential sessions explore sound meditation and how it can support healing, relaxation, self-awareness, and social connection. Drawing on scientific research, we practice sound and relaxation techniques that promote physiological and psychological wellbeing. These sessions include gentle movement, sound and breathing practices, and guided relaxations.
Outcomes include increased self-awareness, relaxation, emotional regulation, and practical tools participants can use to support ongoing wellbeing.

Retreats
Sound & Breathwork
Half-day and full-day retreats blend science with practice, creating space for reflection, restoration, and connection. Participants engage in movement, sound and breathing practices, visualisation, intention setting, journalling, and reflective discussion exploring practices that can support mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
Designed to encourage deeper self-awareness and integration, these retreats provide participants with practical tools to cultivate greater clarity, manage stress, and sustain wellbeing beyond the session.
1. Group Workshops
Many teams face rising stress, reduced focus, and limited opportunities for meaningful connection at work. These interactive workshops address these challenges through movement and sound-based practices shown to reduce stress and support mental clarity. Each session blends research-backed techniques with practical tools for wellbeing and teamwork. Outcomes include improved focus and emotional balance, greater team cohesion, and simple strategies employees can use to manage stress and support everyday performance.

2. Individual or Small Group Follow-Up Sessions
To help participants integrate techniques into daily routines, individual or small group follow-ups offer personalised support after the group session. These consultations allow refinement of techniques and exploration of individual goals or challenges, adapting practices to unique needs. Outcomes include individually tailored stress-management strategies, clearer guidance on using sound and breathing practices, and greater confidence applying the techniques independently to support everyday wellbeing and performance.

3. Takeaway Resources
Participants receive guided recordings, digital tools, and readings to take away with them, helping to integrate techniques into everyday routines. These materials support ongoing practice and make it easier to build healthy sustainable habits. Outcomes include improved resiliance, greater mental clarity, and having practical techniques and resources participants can return to whenever they need support.

Workplace Wellbeing Packages
Workshops can be booked separately or with follow-up support as part of a tailored workplace wellbeing package.
To support meaningful integration beyond the initial talk or workshop, packages can include one-on-one or small group follow-up sessions. This provides an opportunity for individuals to apply the practices in ways that are relevant to unique roles and wellbeing goals.
Follow-up sessions are available in person or online.
Outcomes of the follow-up sessions may include:
• Personalised strategies for managing stress and improving focus
• Clear guidance on applying techniques for specific purposes
• Practical tools to support wellbeing, clarity, and emotional regulation
• Increased confidence in using techniques independently

Gemma’s vast knowledge and experience with yoga and meditation and ability to communicate science to any audience, in written or oral forms, make Gemma a wonderful contributor to this exciting new field of research. Gemma has a rare ability to engage an audience in both a friendly yet professional manner and grounds abstract spirituality in science with ease. This is a unique combination, much needed in today's world.

I've attended multiple courses, highly recommend. Gemma is a renowned chanting psychology researcher and yoga teacher. I love knowing I'm getting evidence-based support for my physical and psychological wellbeing through her courses. Plus, it's such a welcoming space that Gemma fosters. Superb.

I enjoy Gemma's genuine, refreshingly disarming approach to teaching and guiding the practice of chanting. While her approach is grounded in evidence-based research and sound theory, the online sessions are joyous, relaxing and warmly engaging in a way that invites me to practise and embody chanting in my own time.
