The premium corporate package includes one-on-one or small group follow-up sessions with participants.
For example, if time is limited during work hours, we can run a 45–60-minute group session, followed by individual or small group consultations to tailor practices and support unique needs. This ensures individuals and teams get the most out of our time together, are able to ask any follow up questions and work out the best ways to integrate what they have learned into their daily lives.
