A simple 45-minute online practice for a busy mind and a busy schedule!
We use breath, sound, and awareness to help you settle, steady attention, and feel more grounded.
We start with a 5-minute gentle movement warm-up,
then move into a guided chanting practice to support focus, and emotional regulation.
We finish with a short discussion & reflection so you leave with clear intentions and a practice you can carry into your daily life.
Great for busy minds, stressed nervous systems, and anyone wanting to establish or deepen their meditation practice.
