Follow Up 1-1

Duration -2 Hours

Gemma is passionate about providing participants with practical tools for them to integrate into their lives beyond the workshop. She shares techniques and practices that people can do at home (as well as some reading and digital resources for them to take away). Consider booking a follow-up private session for yourself or staff, a few weeks after the workshop. This allows Gemma to check in individually with your team and discuss how they are going and any tweaks needed or individualisation of practices for their unique needs. All workshops can be booked as a package that also includes one-on-one follow up sessions with each member of the team.
