This workshop explores how sound-based practices can support mental wellbeing. Participants learn evidence-based mantra techniques shown to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional balance, with practical guidance on integrating these tools into daily life and professional settings.

Workshop

90 minutes

This experiential workshop explores sound meditation; how it can heal, promote relaxation, self-awareness, and social connection. Drawing on recent scientific research into chanting, we discuss and practice various sound and relaxation techniques that promote physiological and psychological wellbeing. We will practice some gentle movement, specific sound and breathing techniques designed to heal and increase self-awareness and we will finish with a guided relaxation.

Power of Sound and Breathing Workshop

2 hours

This workshop blends science with practice. Participants engage in guided sound meditation practices, breathing techniques, visualisation and discussion on how sound-based practices enhance mental, physical, and spiritual health.

PremiumCorporate Package

All workshops can be booked as a package that includes one-on-one follow up sessions with each member who attends the workshop. For example, if you are short on time during work hours, we can  pair a 45-60 minute workshop as a group, and then I organise a suitable time with each indivual of the team to have a private consultation with them to make sure they are getting the most out of the practices we went through in the workshop as well as tailoring practices for indivduals and their

unique needs.

*Follow up sessions can be organised face-to-face or online.
