Service Description

8 online zoom sessions starting Tuesday 7th October - 25th November Tuesdays 5:30-6:15pm (QLD : AEST) Tuesdays 6:30-7:15pm (NSW : AEDT) These 45-minute sessions include some gentle movement, a brief explanation of mantra meditation (repetitive sound) and a simple chanting practice done sitting cross legged (on a cushion/floor) or on a chair.​ Across each session, we explore sacred geometry, elemental symbols, and of course, mantras. During the 8 week course, we will explore various ancient symbols and sound techniques and you will learn about the ones that resonate with you, setting up a sacred space that supports your practice across the course.
