Service Description

8 sessions starting 29th July - 16th Sep Tuesdays 5:30-6:15pm (QLD : AEST) These 45-minute sessions include some gentle movement, a brief explanation of mantra meditation (repetitive sound) and a simple chanting practice done sitting cross legged (on a cushion/floor) or on a chair. Concession tickets (students, pensioners, disabiities etc.) please apply the code: CONCESSION at check out and the 8 sessions will cost just $108.
