Service Description

Tuesdays 5:30-6:15pm (Brisbane: AEST) These 45-minute sessions include some gentle movement, a brief explanation of mantra meditation (repetitive sound) and a simple chanting practice done sitting cross legged (on a cushion/floor) or on a chair.​ Concession tickets (students, pensioners, disabiities etc.) please apply the code: CONCESSION at check out and the 8 sessions will cost just $108.
