This workshop explores how sound-based practices can support workplace wellbeing. Participants learn evidence-based techniques shown to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional balance, with practical guidance on integrating these tools into daily life and professional settings.

Sound Meditation

Workshop

90 minutes

This experiential workshop explores sound meditation; how it can heal, promote relaxation, self-awareness, and social connection. Drawing on recent scientific research into chanting, we discuss and practice various sound and relaxation techniques that promote physiological and psychological wellbeing. We will practice some gentle movement, specific sound and breathing techniques designed to heal and increase self-awareness and we will finish with a guided relaxation.

Power of Sound and Breathing Workshop

2 hours

This workshop blends science with practice. Participants engage in guided sound meditation practices, breathing techniques, visualisation and discussion on how sound-based practices enhance mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Package

Workshops can be booked as a package that includes one-on-one follow-up sessions with each participant. For example, if time is limited during work hours, we can run a 45–60-minute group session, followed by individual consultations to tailor practices and support each team member’s unique needs.

Follow-up sessions are available in person or online.

In these interactive sessions, teams experience movement and sound-based practices shown to reduce stress and improve focus. Each workshop blends research-backed techniques with practical tools that enhance wellbeing and connection in the workplace.

After the group session, each team member has the opportunity for a one-on-one consultation. These sessions help tailor practices to individual needs, strengthen engagement, and ensure lasting benefits beyond the workshop.

Participants receive take-home tools, guided recordings, and resources to integrate what they’ve learned into daily routines. The focus is on creating sustainable habits that support performance, balance, and mental clarity.
